Privacy policy

TalentXP Private Limited (“TalentXP”, “we”, “us”), a Globex Digital group company, decides why and how your personal data is processed. That makes us the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). Our office is at 8-3-191/17, 2a, 4th Floor, Vengal Rao Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500038.

This policy covers personal data you give us through talentxp.com and when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you enrol in a training programme, take up a role or use the TalentXP worker app, we will give you a separate notice for that data at the time.

• Candidates requesting a call back: full name, mobile number, district and qualification.
• Employers and partners: name, company, work email, phone number (optional) and the area you are interested in.
• If you call, WhatsApp or email us: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you visit the site: our servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time, for security and troubleshooting.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We do not ask for Aadhaar, bank or other sensitive details through this website.

We use your personal data only to:

• call you back and respond to your enquiry;
• for candidates, check which training programmes and roles suit you and match you with suitable openings in India and overseas;
• share the details needed with the employer, training partner or government placement channel involved in a role or programme you choose to pursue;
• for employers and partners, discuss hiring, partnerships, Retention OS or overseas corridors with you;
• keep the site and our services secure and prevent fraud, including people impersonating TalentXP; and
• meet our obligations under law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we will not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give by submitting a form after reading the notice beside it, or by contacting us directly. Where you voluntarily give us your details for a specific purpose, such as a call back, we may also rely on the legitimate use in Section 7(a) of the DPDP Act. Some processing is required to comply with law.

We share only what each party needs:

• Service providers that process data on our behalf: Hostinger (website hosting, servers in India), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox), Microsoft 365 (email) and WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there. They act on our instructions under contract.
• Employers, training partners and government placement channels, for a role or programme you choose to pursue.
• Government authorities, courts or regulators, when the law requires it.

Some service providers, such as Resend, process data outside India. If you pursue an overseas role, your details go to the employer and placement channels involved in that country. We transfer personal data only to countries the Central Government has not restricted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act.

We keep your personal data for 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can match candidates to later openings, and then delete it. We delete it sooner if you withdraw consent or ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security or as the law requires.

We take reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to people who need it. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the people affected and the Data Protection Board of India, as the DPDP Act requires.

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we process it and who we have shared it with (Section 11);
• ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it (Section 12);
• withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (Section 6). We will then stop processing your data unless the law requires otherwise; processing done before you withdraw is not affected;
• have your grievances addressed by us (Section 13); and
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity (Section 14).

If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Section 15 of the DPDP Act asks you to give accurate information, not to impersonate anyone and not to file false or frivolous grievances.

Our services are for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

To read this policy in Hindi, Telugu or any other language in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India, contact us and we will provide it.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, where we can, tell you directly about significant changes.
